Liebe Besucher, Akteure und Helfer
Wir bedanken uns für ein friedliches „Bike and Music Weekend 2010“ mit vielen tollen Bands, grandiosen Shows und viel Spaß.
Leider war uns der Wettergott diesmal nicht so wohl gesonnen, doch der Samstag hat uns ja noch mit strahlendem Sonnenschein entschädigt, so dass alle großen Shows auf der Showmeile an diesem Tag präsentiert werden konnten.
Wir danken allen fleißigen Helfern, den Sicherheitskräften, Ordnern, dem Standpersonal und den Reinigungskräften, die durch unermüdlichen Einsatz vor und hinter den Kulissen für einen nahezu reibungslosen Verlauf sorgten. Kleinere Unpässlichkeiten können leider auch bei allergrößtem Engagement immer mal wieder vorkommen, wir bitten dafür um Entschuldigung und Nachsicht.
Unser ganz besonderer Dank gilt den grandiosen Dragster, Stunt- und Driftfahrern, die auf der Showmeile großartige, spektakuläre und auch exklusive Einzel- und Gemeinschaftsshows gezeigt haben.
NACH dem Festival ist VOR dem Festival. Mit der Auswertung des letzten Festes beginnt auch schon die Planung für das nächste Jahr. Nach „15 Jahren Bike and Music Weekend“ werden wir 2011 ein weiteres Jubiläum anstreben: „10 Jahre Bike and Music Weekend in Geiselwind“.
Den genauen Termin für 2011 werden wir in Kürze hier auf der Homepage veröffentlichen.

15 Years Breaking Rules – Jubiläum beim Bike and Music Weekend 1995 – 2010. In einer speziellen Sonderausstellung (Eventhalle) zeigen wir den Verlauf von den Anfängen der Veranstaltung im unterfränkischen Münnerstadt bis heute in Geiselwind.

Kawasaki Deutschland wird beim Bike and Music Weekend mit dabei sein. Viele aktuelle und neue Modelle von Kawasaki stehen zur Probefahrt bereit. Die Firma Warm Up aus Aalen (www.warm-up.net) sowie die Firma Höly (www.hoely.de) werden zusätzlich ihre abgefahrenen Umbauten am Kawasaki Stand präsentieren. Während der Kawasaki Stuntman Oliver Ronzheimer (www.ronzheimer.com) seine beeindruckende Show auf der Strecke zeigt, wird am Stand von Kawasaki ein Non-Stop Showprogramm geboten.

Als einen der Höhepunkte des Bike and Music Weekends 2010 präsentieren wir exklusiv Ricardo Domingos aus Portugal. Für Ricardo und sein Team wird es überhaupt der erste Auftritt in Deutschland sein. Shell V-Power Biker Challenge 2010
Nach dem Bike and Music Weekend startet Ende August auch das Shell MotoCamp. Auf dem Nürburgring treffen 30 Biker aufeinander – mit einem Ziel: Marokko! Wer aber von ihnen mit dem Motorradabenteurer Nick Sanders auf Tour gehen darf, entscheidet die Leistung in der Qualifikation. Zuvor haben sich die Teilnehmer einem Voting auf der Website www.v-powerbiker.com gestellt und sind unter die 30 Punktbesten gewählt worden – der Voting-Sieger hat sein Ticket übrigens sicher. Das Voting endet am 7.August 2010. Wer einer der 10 Marokkoabenteurer werden möchte, sollte sich schnell bewerben. Und alle, die nur mit abstimmen wollen, haben bis zum letzten Tag des Votings die Loschance auf die BMW S 1000 RR. Alles weitere auf v-powerbiker.com – es lohnt sich!

Unfortunately this year, we were not able to offer an adequate place for each US-Car on the event ground Despite the offere 12.000 sq space we have already been forced on Saturday to offer extra space at the truck Stopp. Unfortunately, because of this lots of special cars have not been showed directly on the event ground. This is not in our interest and so we will offer definitive more ground for US-Cars in 2010.

Again this year, among all handed in ballots, we raffle a ride in a original Dragster. At any one time, 90 minutes before the show run starts we will draw the winner and inform him/her via cell phone. At all four show runs (Friday till Sunday) we will have two accordingly vehicles there, thus basically the chance to win exists twice.

The first time and exclusive in Geiselwind, Rainer Schwarz nd Jochen Reich will present a combined Stunt and Driftshow. For several months they work on this show which has never been shown before. This spectacular Saturday night show will ban all visitors.

Those people, who gave out their voting-forms for the bike – and car show, have the chance to win the adventure and great experience very close, when a dragster starts. This means you will win a lift with such a hell of machine. The winner for this spectacle will be drawn 90 minutes before every drag race show, and will be informed via mobile phone.
In all four races (Friday to Sunday) we have according to this two vehicles on the run!
